1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PakIndia VPN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Acceptable use
PakIndia VPN may not be used for illegal activity, distributing malware, spamming, or infringing on the rights of others. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
PakIndia VPN is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
