1. No-logs policy
PakIndia VPN does not monitor, log, or store your browsing history, traffic destinations, DNS queries, or connection timestamps. We cannot share what we do not collect.
2. Information we do collect
To operate your account we store your email address, subscription status, and payment confirmation (processed by our payment partners — we never store full card numbers). App diagnostics are collected only with your explicit consent.
3. How we use information
Account information is used solely to provide the service, process billing, respond to support requests, and communicate important account or security updates.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data is only disclosed if legally required, and only to the extent legally required — which is minimal given our no-logs architecture.
5. Security
All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with AES-256. Account credentials are hashed and salted; payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@pakindiavpn.com.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
